hk trip

im back from the hk trip le... super tired lor.... was alr tired after the flight there...

first day:

took bus 27 to the airport... was e only person with a luggage on board... v weird lor... went to T1 to check in... lucky check in online alr so everything was v fast... and i got to choose our seats as well... ate toast box for breakfast... the toast not bad la... but still prefer penang de :( went to T3 to shop ard... really much better in decor as compared to the other terminals... and much more spacious... the plane was A330 which i think is old and small one... and gt alot of china ppl for transit lor... it was damn cool when the plane take off... nearly puked during the turbulence... their food was nice de... and it comes with haagen daaz strawberry ice cream lor :)

hk air pollution v jialat leh.. haven touch down and u can see e misty environment le... took a long time to get through the customs... too many ppl le... couldnt see the person who is fetching us lor... didnt noe tt we are supposed to find the counter... the ride to the hotel is damn long sia... almost 40 mins... can go from tamp to tiong alr... the hotel not tt bad la... the only stupid thing is tt muz put HKD 500 as deposit...

went to the peak once we put down our luggage... bought their octopus card aka ez link card... we boarded at 太子 prince edward station.. e station v smelly lor... like gt ppl vomit liddat... went to the 金钟 admiralty station... walked a v long distance up the hill to the peak tram station... the tram quite nice la... except tt too many ppl fighting to get a seat and i end up with too many scratches...

went to the madame tussads wax museum... v nice leh... alot of nice ones... but oso gt some tt dun look alike leh... they hv a haunted house inside... SUPER SCARY!!! u go in a row of 5... den queue up with hand on the shoulder of the person in front of u... den u will go into the house... the ppl will jump out and scare u... and they get quite close to u lor... den e girl behind me nearly tore my sleeves la... i hid behind dear so couldnt see the 'ghost' when they come out... but still damn scary... definitely not for the faint-hearted... the grp b4 us was damn funny la... the guy was like '来阿!来阿!'... think the 'ghost' will be more scared ba... they even warned us to not beat their performers... haha

played the EA games... not bad leh... except tt e car games are damn hard to control... went to the top... their night view is v nice... hv a lot of lightings on their buildings... but the night is a little misty... feels like we are on genting with the cooling environment... their peak tram have a special passage between the seats.. its like a ladder coz when u go down the hill, u will slip if the floor is smooth... but their steps not deep enough lor... when they stop halfway, it is damn hard to remain on it and dun move ard... and the guy in front of me dun wanna give me any space to move la... idiot... went to eat 牛腩面 but went to the wrong store sia... lucky it was quite cheap 3 bucks for a noodle and a glass of soya bean... their tv channels are all showing the china earthquake lor... v v sad... den gt charity shows all tt... they even show da xiao ai chi at night leh... so good la...

second day:

ate breakfast at a v vintage cafe... those type tt u see in hk drama de... their menu v special and v cheap... their price is round up with no cents and have no taxes de... went to disneyland after tt...

the train to disney v special leh... and i did smth v stupid... i forgot to bring my camera battery lor... and dear's camera dun hv memory card lor... super funny... but my memory card fit into his camera... so quite lucky in a way... didnt want to be like a damn tourist so decided nt to take any pics of the parades... only took some characters tt we really liked... their rides not scary at all la... most scary one was space mountain... it is so dark until u can see ur fingers de... and it damn fast but cant feel e sudden drop la.. tot is like solero shots tt kind de... the next nice game is astro blasters ba... sit in a moving cabin and try to shoot the targets ard u... managed to reach lvl 3 after e 3rd try... the best shows is the 'Golden Mickeys' and the 'Mickey Philharm Magic' and the 'Animation Academy'... can learn how to draw mickey mouse... dear say my one looked like a fat mickey but at least it looks like a mickey :p haha... they fireworks v nice leh... but better queue up half an hour b4... coz they others wun give way to u...

GIRLS!!! dun spend too much time at the souvenir shops... really feel like buying everything lor.. especially their cans of sweets and biscuits.. the containers are damn nice de... bought a shirt and juz wear it for the rest of the day..

went to the outlet mall after it coz it is only one stop away but it was too late le.. den all the shops are closed lor... went back to eat another cafe across the street of our hotel... the beef hor fun damn good sia... and i got to watch ‘原来爱上贼' last episode... old ending but im still gonna watch the whole show coz got 刘松仁&马德钟...

third day:

went to meet my relative at a nursing home... she is still quite healthy and quite carefree... quite sad to see her in e home... coz it is really cramped and v ex... once u step in and u will wanna cry le... i am nt gonna put my parents in a home in e future...

went to shop after tt... didnt get much stuffs la... the clothes i liked are at shopping centres but didnt shop at thr... and their prices are not tt cheap leh... rather get them in sg... coz sales coming le ma... went to their night market which is v near to the hotel... v crowded la... was super tired after shopping.. their things oso nt v special leh... repetitive stuffs... v 'touristy' lor...

fourth day:

went to eat dian xin in e morning b4 checking out... v nice leh... and we v sua gu la... we r supposed to use their bowl to wash the cutlery with hot water... and we dunno lor... the person in front of us oso didnt bother to tell us... their dian xin really v nice lor... and e restaurant we went is not those damn famous one... imagine the food at those reknowned restaurants... checked out le...

the airport transfer brought us to the Disney Hollywood hotel to fetch someone... the hotel is near to the disneyland lor... v cool... will try it next time... chiong to the airport to check in la... rushing ard to get the food stuffs and to hv our lunch... managed to settle everything in time lor...

juz wanna say thanks to the air stewardess on the flight home... when she asked wat i wanted to drink, i asked if thr was anything for sore throats... she say dun hv... den she came back with a cup of lemon water half an hour later... v sweet leh... didnt expect her to rem lor... forgot to take down her name... will try to rem to write a compliment letter for her...

v v tired now... slept for almost a day le... head still v pain... the weather is so damn hot here... missing the weather thr le la... i nv sweat at all leh... except at the theme park...

had a great trip... didnt managed to relax... but its e first time tt i went out of the country for the first time... was v glad t i survived... realised tt i like navigation leh.. considering taking classes for it... would be useful in e future trips ba... really wana go taiwan next yr leh... girls, lets go together next yr...

will upload the pics soon... too tired le.. gonna go back to work tmr... the feeling sucks sia... cant wait to get back to school... really dun like to work now...
